DELIVERY OPTIONS

It is very important to us that you have a great shopping experience when shopping your Woolami product.

SWITZERLAND
Within Switzerland, we offer free delivery for any orders above 100 CHF.

Shipping rates will be given at check out. We use the Swiss Post for all deliveries within Switzerland. The delivery cost is 9 CHF. If your order exceeds 100 CHF, you will enjoy free delivery.

You can expect to receive your order 2-5 days after you have placed the order.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
We also ship to the following European countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Holland, Portugal, the UK, Sweden and Austria.

Shipping rates will be given at the check out. The deliver cost is 10 EUR for packages sent to France, and 15 EUR for all other countries mentioned above.
For any order above 100 EUR, you will enjoy free shipping.

You can expect to receive your order 5-7 days after you have placed your order.

Exceptionally: Woolami will only start to deliver your orders as of November 1, 2016 so any order made before that will have to have some patience before they get the product.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the shopping at Woolami. This is why we offer a ‘100% satisfied or reimbursed policy’. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 20 days of invoice date. All we ask is that the Woolami product(s) come back to us in the condition they left us (not been used or worn, and in its original packaging).

If you want to return an item, please send us an email at hello@woolami.com, and we will send you the necessary instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s). If you want to swap to another size that we have in stock, Woolami will pay for the postage for sending the new sizes to you.

Only regular priced items will be refunded (not sales items).
