All deliveries and services by Woolami are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Once you have confirmed your order, it is legally binding.
We deliver within Switzerland and the majority of the European Union.
Deliveries are usually within 5-7 working days. Should we not have an article available in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible when to expect the delivery. Delivery is at the recipient’s risk.
Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
When you purchase from woolami.ch, an account might be created as part of the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We want happy customers. We do our best so that your items will arrive reliable and in good shape. You pay shipping costs only once per order and they are calculated automatically when you check out. For orders over 100 CHF/100 EUR, we offer free shipping.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and Euros (EUR) – incl. VAT.
Terms of payment
You can pay with PostFinance Card, PayPal, TWINT or credit card (MasterCard, Visa). Deliveries are made after payment is received.
Until full payment of the goods is made, they remain property of Woolami.
Complaints about defects or incomplete or incorrect deliveries can be notified within 20 days of the invoice date.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the shopping at Woolami. This is why we offer a ‘100% satisfied or reimbursed policy’. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 20 days of invoice date. All we ask is that the Woolami product(s) come back to us in the condition they left us.

Credit card information is handled by our Payment Service Provider, PostFinance, and is not stored or seen by us at any point.
